Order Process
How do I place an order?
When you are
done, click “checkout” to place your order.
During checkout, you will be asked to provide:
Your first and last name
Your
e-mail address
Billing and shipping address
Phone
number
Your credit card type, number and expiration
date
Can I change my order during checkout?
Yes,
as long as you do not click the “submit order” button,
you can review or update your order at the “review order” page.
Can I purchase by phone?
Sorry, we no longer take phone orders at this time.

How can I be sure my order has been received?
Once
you click “submit order” on the final order page,
we will send you an “Order Confirmation E-mail” to the
e-mail address that you have provided to us. On your “Order
Confirmation E-mail”, you will also have your user name
and password so that you can log in to your account and
see the status of your order.
How was I enrolled in the Hydroderm Rewards Program?
We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is
reflected in our 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. If
you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may
return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, less
shipping and handling.
When you placed your order, you were automatically enrolled
in the Hydroderm Rewards Program. One of the order screens
states:
“Special Offer! As a member of our preferred
Hydroderm Rewards Program, we will send you a fresh 30-day
supply every month thereafter and automatically bill your
credit card $49.95. You are not obligated to purchase after
you receive the initial free trial and you can cancel anytime.
The free trial sample is limited to one bottle per customer.”

Payment and Billing
What forms of payment does Hydroderm Online accept?
Hydroderm accepts the following payment methods: Credit
Cards - Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Our shopping cart is VeriSign secure. We provide a safe
and secure SSL 128-bit encrypted order form for your shopping
needs. Your card number will be transmitted directly to
the banking network for authorization.
What if I don't have a
credit card?
You can place an order using a check or money order, simply
print out the order page and mailing it in. Please do not
send cash.

When will my credit card account be charged?
Once your credit card has been charged, your order will
be shipped out within the same business day.
Why is this dollar amount shown on my statement?
The charge on your statement reflects the item price,
shipping and handling charge and an installment charge
if you purchased an item with a payment option.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect tax in California .

Shipping and Handling
When will my order arrive?
Most orders
will arrive within 3 – 5 business days from
your initial order. We allow 1 - 2 business days to process
your order.
Please note when paying by online check your order may
be held for a period of 7 – 10 business days to allow funds
to clear through your financial institution. If your order
does not arrive within 30 days, there may be a problem
due to inventory backorder or a problem with the mailing
address.
Who will deliver my package?
Most orders will arrive within 10-15 days from your initial
order. Orders will be delivered via the most efficient
shipping method available which may include the United
States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx Ground or other package
carriers. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to
process requests for a specific ship method.

Calculating the cost
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use,
all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International orders
At this time we are unable to fulfill your request to
ship products outside of the continental United States
. We hope to add this capability in the future. Please
visit our website for updated information. Again, we thank
you for your interests in Hydroderm.
Order Status and Tracking
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your
order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
The first confirms that your order has been
received (your order confirmation number will be included)
this e-mail should arrive within 24 hours.
The second confirms that your order has been
successfully processed and is ready to ship (tracking information
will be included).

What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy
our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll e-mail you
with a backorder notification, which tells when you can
expect to receive the item. If we are permanently out of
stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you.
Any changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping
confirmation.
Refund and Return
Return policy:
We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is
reflected in our 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. If
you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you
may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund (less
shipping and handling).
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Our warehouse cannot accept packages with postage due.
Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed
promptly upon receipt of your returned package. Please
note that no returns will be accepted if post marked later
than 30 days following the receipt of you shipment.
Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return
from receipt by our Returns Department Warehouse. Upon
issuing a refund this information will be passed on to
your credit card holder which can take up to 30 days to
apply your credit.

Where's my refund?
Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return
from receipt by our Returns Department Warehouse. We'll
notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received
and processed the returned item. Upon issuing a refund,
this information will be passed on to your credit card holder which can take
up to 30 days to apply your credit. |
