Accessing My Online Account
How do I set up an online account?
As a new Hydroderm customer, you will be automatically
setup with an online account with your first Hydroderm
order.
How do I access my Hydroderm account?
To
access your personal information, click on “My Account” on
the top of the page and log in. With “My Account”, you
can:
Order Status and History
Name
and Password
Credit Card Information
Billing
and Shipping Information
Order Status and History
Review your current and past Hydroderm shipments. You can easily reorder Hydroderm
with one click of a button.

Name and Password
View or edit your name, e-mail address, or password. Simply enter any new information
and click "Update."
Credit Card Information
View or edit your credit card on file. Simply enter any new information and
click "Update."
Billing and Shipping Information
View or edit your shipping or billing addresses. Simply enter any new information
and click "Update."
Should I logout of my account?
The log out
feature is provided to you as a security measure. Once you
have logged out, you will not have access to “My
Account” until you log in again. To log out, simply click “log
out” at the top of the page.

What should I do if I've forgotten my login and
password?
If you have forgotten your login and/or
password, click on “My Account” and enter your e-mail address
you used to placed the order. Your login and password will
be e-mailed to you shortly.
